When you join elangwin, you agree to follow our terms and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction. Your Account with elangwin

Your account is personal to you. We do not permit account sharing, and we reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of being used by multiple people or that breach our terms. Bank customers can transfer to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet virtual accounts that we provide. Deposits are processed instantly for e-wallets and within one business day for bank transfers. We do not charge deposit fees; what you transfer is credited to your balance in full.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method you used to deposit. We review all withdrawals for fraud and account security before processing. Large withdrawals may take longer to review. If your withdrawal is flagged, we contact you within 24 hours with next steps. Withdrawal requests made during Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and other public holidays may be processed the next business day.
Your account balance is held in our system and represents your available funds for betting, playing slots, or joining live-dealer tables. When you place a bet or stake, your balance updates in real time. Unclaimed winnings remain in your account balance until you request a withdrawal.
Bonuses and Promotional Terms
We periodically offer bonuses and promotions to new and returning users. All promotions have specific terms—minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, and expiry dates. When you accept a promotion, you agree to its conditions. We reserve the right to cancel a promotion at any time, with notice to affected users.
Bonus credits are separate from your cash balance. If you have both, the system uses your cash balance first when you place a bet. Bonuses expire if not used within the stated time window. If your account shows unusual activity that we suspect is bonus abuse (e.g., opening multiple accounts for the same promotion, rapid cashout after claiming a bonus), we may forfeit the bonus and suspend the account pending review.

Dispute Resolution and Support

Disputes are subject to arbitration or the jurisdiction of courts in Jakarta, Surabaya, and other designated venues. If you are located in a jurisdiction where these terms conflict with local law, the local law prevails for you to the extent of the conflict.
Use of elangwin is also subject to our Privacy Policy and our Game Rules. We update these terms periodically and notify you of material changes. Continued use of elangwin after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
